Between 2018 and 2021, CAPA (Center for Aviation) estimates that over 400 airport projects in Asia Pacific will need approximately US$ 150 billion in investments. Europe follows next with over 300 projects (comprising largely brownfield projects with expansion needs).

Government pockets (globally) are getting shallower. And private investments, while growing, might not be enough to fill the investment gap.

We work with airport operators (both public and private) to help them design non-farebox revenue strategies that help grow their bottom line.

Beginning in June 2017, PHAR was appointed by Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel) as consultants to design their sponsorship architecture for brands who wanted to be associated with Singapore’s newest iconic landmark.  PHAR was thereafter appointed to go-to-market for the various sponsorship opportunities. Major international brands like HSBC, Shiseido and Manulife are today proud partners of the Jewel sponsor family.

Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel), is a world-class multi-dimensional lifestyle destination in Singapore. Jointly developed by Changi Airport Group and CapitaLand, Jewel is located within walking distance from Terminal 1,2 and 3. Designed by world renowned architect Moshe Safdie, Jewel features a distinctive dome-shaped facade, making it an iconic landmark in the airport’s landscape. At approximately 137,000 sqm in size, it offers a range of facilities including airport services, indoor gardens and leisure attractions, retail and dining offerings as well as a hotel, all under one roof.
