It all started when…

During 2018, an initial 3 long term partnerships were secured: The HSBC Rain Vortex, The Shiseido Forest Valley and The Manulife Sky Nets, which were all launched upon the official opening of Jewel on 17th April 2019.

The HSBC Rain Vortex is the world's tallest indoor waterfall at 40 metres high and the nucleus of Jewel. With the natural sunlight catching the spray during the day, at night, the sheet of water becomes a screen on which a spectacular light and sound show is projected.

The Shiseido Forest Valley is a wondrous 4-storey indoor ‘forest’ which allows visitors to experience the Japanese appreciation of nature, beauty and art. The Shiseido Forest Valley complements Jewel’s wide array of retail and F&B activities, allowing visitors to shop and dine amidst a resplendent indoor forest. Visitors can even take a gentle hike up two cobblestoned walking trails, the East and West Trail, punctuated by idyllic cascading waterfalls and mist clouds.

The Manulife Sky Nets are located within the iconic Canopy Park play attractions area and made up of walking and bouncing nets.
