In July this year, airasia launched its ‘airasia Super App,’ at Gateway in KL international Airport 2, through a media campaign, in collaboration with PHAR Partnerships. 

The airasia Super App is an all-in-one travel and lifestyle app for travellers. It can be used for booking flights, hotels, tour packages and activities, shopping for branded products, or simply searching for the best deals in town! With just one click, traveling becomes so convenient and efficient with the airasia Mobile app. 

The media campaign will run until June 2023 and on top of the program list is the Super App taking up the flagship sites at Gateway Shopping Mall which is designated between the departure drop off area and the main terminal building in KLIA2. Travellers will be able to see the sites as they walk through the mall to the main terminal or the departure area.

The Key to Lalamove’s High Visibility at the Malang Area

Visiting Jogja now EASIER and MORE FUN with the NEW Yogyakarta Travel App! Scan the QR code on AirAsia’s Seat Cover to Download!

Tourists around the world have limited information on the countries that they are travelling to for the first time. They usually research online via search engines on the information and knowledge of that particular country. To make traveling easier, the Yogyakarta Tourism Office has released the ‘Visiting Jogja’ App. It serves as an information portal showing various popular tourist destinations, events and many more so the tourists do not have to go through the hassle to scroll through different websites to find information on their destination. Through the app, tourists can even book accommodations and attraction tickets, saving them time on their searches and enabling them to enjoy and to have more fun during their well-deserved vacations! 

With the intent of growing the user base for the app and to allow tourists to learn more about Yogyakarta through the app, the Yogyakarta Tourism Office has chosen to work with AirAsia through its exclusive media partner, PHAR Partnerships. To power this effort, Yogyakarta, Air Asia and PHAR launched a 3-month media campaign that ran from May 1, 2022 to August 1, 2022.  

As part of the execution, PHAR worked closely with the Yogyakarta Tourism Office’s media agency (D & R) directly by placing ads related to the travel app on AirAsia’s airplane seat covers. AirAsia passengers could see these ads throughout their whole flight journey and allow them, too, to download the app right there and then.
