LTA singapore (TEL)

For the Thomson East Coast line, Singapore newest and largest line in the MRT system, PHAR were appointed as part of a consortium alongside KPMG and Knight Frank to consult and advise on the entire non-fare box business strategy which included assets audits, financial modeling, design environment, and the legal and RFP process.

TRANSPORT FOR GREATER MANCHESTER

PHAR was appointed to create and take to market the opportunity for a brand to sponsor the free WiFi service on Manchester’s Metrolink trams.  We created an enhanced package which delivered additional value through leveraging wider TfGM assets, and secured Vodafone as a valuable new long-term partner.

TRANSPORT FOR LONDON

TfL has hired PHAR for a number of important and high-profile projects.  We have analysed the value of the sponsorship of the city’s Cycle Hire scheme, helping demonstrate to sponsors the value delivered from the opportunity. And we have created a methodology for assessing the value of naming rights for TfL stations, providing robust evidence to help support TfL’s negotiations with interested parties.

TUBE - Manila’s 1st in-train tv network

In 2019, PHAR signed agreements with the Philippines Department of Transport, LRTA, MRT, and LRMC to provide a passenger information system inside 150 trains in the National Capital Region, serving 1.3 million commuters everyday.


LIGHT RAIL MANILA

Starting 2015, PHAR was appointed by Light Rail Manila Corporation to architect its Ancillary Revenue streams, which included advertising, data, telecommunications, banking and retail revenue. BY 2016 Light Rail Manila appointed PHAR as its exclusive Ancillary Revenue partner for the next decade.

PRASARANA

Starting in 2014, PHAR was appointed by Media Prima and Prasarana as consultants to design the first ever (LRT) station naming rights programme in South East Asia. To date, four stations have been renamed.
