Our Insight team delivered a comprehensive review of the FA’s commercial programme, assessing the merits of the current structure and identifying where the opportunities could lie to maximise future income through refining the partnership structure and packages.  Our review took in everything from analysing the current packages to assessing the merits of other governing bodies’ approaches to research into the FA’s brands.  We then created an inventory management tool, to enable The FA to test out alternative scenarios for how its inventory may best be allocated between its various partners.
