Mark Hockney, Commercial Director
Mark has 14 years experience in sponsorship and out-of-home media. Previously working as Sponsorship Director for MIG’s Concourse Initiatives, running the Network Rail's experiential offering and TFL’s London Overground estate. In 2012Mark was responsible for the largest out-of-home buy for the London 2012 Games with Lyca Mobile as well as the first to create “train station domination” with brands like O2, Vodafone, Monarch Airlines, and RBS
Since then Mark was MD of Isax media and one of the pioneers in creating the out-of-home TV market in promoting brands to live audiences with X-Factor and Britain's Got Talent, as well as many other music and sporting events (Wimbledon Championships, World Cup 2014, Bournemouth 7’s, Rugby World Cup 2015, Lovebox)
Since then Mark set up Accelerator media specialising as an events and media agency providing clients with strategic media buys across multiple OOH and digital platforms. With Accelerator’s offering growing, Mark joined PHAR in 2016 to create a new media division.
